Summer Camp
4-11 years (must have completed junior kindergarten)
- Runs for 6 weeks in the summer
- Staffed by summer staff
- Low cost, registration begins in early spring
- Traditional Day Camp program with several walking trips throughout the summer
- A place for children to come together, play learn and have fun

LIT Leaders in Training
Grade 7 and up
- A program for those who are interested in volunteering within your community and our summer camp
- A training program is provided and each participant receives a certificate after successfully completing the summer
- minimal cost and subsidy available

Baby Sitting Course
12 years and up
- Certified course
- Material provided by the Ontario Safety League and facilitated by the North Riverside Neighbourhood Group
- minimal cost and subsidy available

Family Events
- Bring your family out to a fun filled event, from movie night, game night, Easter Egg hunt etc..
- Family Nights are a great chance for you and your family to come out and enjoy a different themed outing each month for free

Recreational Programs
JK – Grade 8
- Three sessions (~8-10 weeks in length) throughout the school year
- 15 children each night
- Registration occurs a week or so before the program begins; however, there are spots usually left after the registration deadline
- Program is facilitated by a paid staff (Youth Programmer) and supported by 1-2 volunteers each night
- Theme ideas: Lego, Crafts, Surprise, Games, Movies, Gardening, Cooking

Home Alone Program
10-12 years old
Is your child ready to stay home alone?
The Home Alone Safety for Kids program helps children and their families get ready for their child’s first steps towards independence and being without adult supervision for short periods of time.
